In order to encourage creativity and as well help youth to be self independent, Stanbic Ibtc bank organized a programme with the theme: Stanbic Invest Beta Campus Play”.
The event took place at LeadCity University Ibadan’s Adeline hall on Friday 17th May , 2024.
The programme was a mouth watering one for everyone who attended as lots of prizes were won by students who participated in various competion.
Some of the students who spoke with Joshua Olagundoye however described the initiative as a very inspiring and educative.
According to one of the students, Ghollib, he said that such a gathering would help to give other youths the confidence to always involve themselves in such an opportunity. ”More youths will actually have the confidence of coming out and engage themselves in different programmes like this and make them realize that they can always do well in the society”.
Another student who won a cash prize of hundred thousand naira said that there should not be any form of limitation in life , thereby stressing on the need to be confident and optimistic for the best.” There is no limitation in things we do, so we should be confident in whatever we do and shouldn’t be nervous , the holy spirit helped me to pass every segment”.
Stanbic IBTC Investbeta is an investment-focused quiz game show, where contestants attempt to answer investment-related questions in order to win an investment portfolio worth 5 Million Naira.
The show was launched on the 1st of December, 2007.
